Project Overview
The project involves the construction of two new-build residential properties at 127 London Road, Calne, for the client Mike Parrot representing P3 Properties and WE Plant.
The contractor provided a comprehensive package of works, beginning with pre-construction support and progressing through key structural stages including foundations, flooring systems, and external masonry.
The development was carried out on a brownfield site, which introduced ground stability challenges, requiring careful design considerations—particularly for drainage and substructure elements.
Scope of Works
Pre-Construction Support
